In honor of my friend Skytree‘s new album and the Music video we made together that all released on 11-11-11 I’ve decided to do a music themed quote quiz! There’s a catch of course, these movies may or may not be musicals, and they may or may not even be about music. The one thing they all have in common, though, is that someone sings at some point within the movie.

A: “That’s an endangered species at most. What would be the scientific purpose of killing it?”
B: “Revenge.” - “I’ve got a tape I want to play you.”

- “You can’t really dust for vomit.”

B: “Security!” - “Damn! We’re in a tight spot!”

Hmmm… Almost all of these sound familiar. The second one is Life Aquatic. The second one sounds like it could be High Fidelity but not sure. Third is obviously DIG. Eight is from O Brother Where Art Thou. And I know a couple of these will be a huge “Oh duh” when I see the answers.

Number three isn’t High Fidelity but you may or may not know it. You might kick yourself, it’s more of a Concert film than a film, it’s the first line of the CD of the film too. Remember Joel’s shirt from Hitmanning episode two?
